HubSpot & Marketing Tech Specialist

Location: Cambridge, ON | Full-Time

Are you a detail-oriented, tech-savvy marketer with hands-on HubSpot experience? Do you enjoy working behind the scenes to make sure marketing systems, automations, and tech tools run smoothly? We’re looking for a HubSpot & Marketing Tech Specialist to support our marketing team with the technical side of marketing projects and ensure our HubSpot platform is optimized and running efficiently.

What You’ll Do

HubSpot Management & Support

Build and maintain HubSpot workflows, forms, landing pages, and automation sequences
Manage and update HubSpot CRM records to keep data clean and organized
Troubleshoot HubSpot issues and help the team use HubSpot more effectively

Marketing Tech Support

Assist with integrating marketing tools and platforms (such as our website, email tools, and app)
Update content in the Crunch app — including adding monthly member challenges and updating member perks/deals
Support basic website updates (spotting broken links, typos, and functionality issues)
Help write small pieces of copy (like button text, error messages, or confirmation screens) when needed
Track identified issues in a simple project tracker or spreadsheet and work with team to ensure fixes are made

General Marketing Admin Assistance

Upload and organize creative assets and files
Assist with basic graphic design tasks (resizing images, adding text to graphics, etc.)
Support the marketing team with administrative tasks related to campaigns and projects
Help the team stay on top of small tech-related fixes and improvements for all digital platforms

What You Bring

HubSpot experience is a must — at least 1 year of hands-on work with workflows, automation, and CRM
1-2 years of experience in a marketing or digital role with a focus on tech or systems
Strong attention to detail — you love catching typos, fixing broken links, and ensuring everything works as expected
Basic understanding of websites and apps (you won’t code, but you should know how to check functionality and spot errors)
Solid organization and project management skills — you like checklists, tracking sheets, and keeping organized
Some basic copywriting skills — comfortable writing short bits of text like form labels, button text, or quick member-facing messages
A willingness to learn and help with a variety of projects, even outside your main job scope
Post-secondary diploma/degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is an asset
Bilingual (French) is a bonus, but not required
